This page explains what data I collect on my site haithamkalo.com and how I use it.

What I collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: request type, timing, a short brief, your name and mobile number, plus your organisation and email if you add them. A hashed code derived from your network address is stored with the request to prevent abuse of the form. The address itself is not stored.

Purpose

To reply to your request, and nothing else. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies and visit measurement

I count visits and the most viewed pages with aggregate statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Google receives the page address, the source of the visit, the device category and the approximate city, without your network address and without an identifier that recognises you on a later visit. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Storage and protection

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored with Cloudflare in a database only I can access. I receive a notification of the request by email. Data is deleted when no longer needed or at your request.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time, consistent with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. Send your request through the contact form and mention the request number if you have one.
